Our intrasquad Orange and Gold meet will begin at 2:50 pm tomorrow and Thursday. All athletes are expected to be on time. Including those in the late start events (Pole Vault, Throws, Hurdles). The gun for the first race will go off at 3:30 pm sharp so make sure you get out to the track quickly after school. Team rules were due today(2/19) athletes who are missing rules will not have their performances considered for competition opportunities.

The order of events is as follows
Tuesday:
3:30pm-1600m
100m
5-10 minute break
400m

Thursday:
3:30pm- 200m & Long Jump
800m Heat 1
100h/110h
800m Heat 2&3

All spikes, trainers, and apparel will be 20% off all day for CdS Track and field Athletes. They will be open from 10am-5pm.

Unfortunately we have to cancel practice today do to the weather. This is the first time we’ve had to do this in years. Hopefully, this does not affect everyone too bad as far as rides home, etc.
