Due to coaching schedules certain events will practice at a later time on some days. Please see the photo attached for the practice times and schedules for those events. All other events will practice at the normal times.

Please sign up to bring snacks to the car wash on February 24th, these snacks will stock our snack bar and supplement the athletes at away meets.

The second day of the team pentathlon will see the returning athletes compete in 5 events!! Athletes need to be at the track by 2:50 pm so we can get started and make sure we get all events completed. New athletes who missed Wednesday should plan on competing with the returners.

A few changes to the events from Wednesday. Athletes in Shot and Javelin will do 2 throws in a row with their best throw being measured. Long Jump athletes within 1 foot of the board will have their mark measured. Athletes will report to their first field event based on their 100m heat. They will be told after their heat what event they’re going to.

New athletes will compete in the Pentathlon this afternoon. Practice today begins PROMPTLY at 1:45. Check the wall near the locker area for heat sheets and event information. If your name is missing from the list see Coach Scott to be added. Returning athletes will be in charge of running the events. Results will be posted on athletic.net. Returning athletes will compete on Monday!!
