We will have to preseason practices during winter break. Of course, these are completely voluntary.

They will be Thursday December 27th from 10 a.m. to noon and Thursday January 3rd from 10 a.m. to noon.

There are lots of little tasks that don’t require a lot of time commitment, but would help relieve some of the work load. Please stop by if you are able! Just to clarify, the preseason track-and-field camp will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays,. We will not have any preseason camp on Tuesdays. Thanks!

Pre-season Track Camp begins this coming Monday, December 3rd and runs through January 30th (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday after school). This is a great way to get a head start on the upcoming season. The cost is $50 and you can register and pay through the Corona website. Go to www.tempeunion.org/coronadelsol, click on “Athletics” and “Camps/Clinics”.

The Aztrack Booster Club is in need of parents to help out this season! We are searching for one more board member and many other committee members. We especially need help planning for the Aztec Invitational on March 2nd. We have a hospitality room where we provide food all day for the coaches and officials, as well as food for our athletes and volunteers. We also put together a program with sponsors, team pictures, senior pictures, etc. Please consider getting involved and giving a few hours of your time to support the team. We will be having a meeting on December 12th at 3:30pm at the Fry’s Starbucks (Ray/Rural), and all interested parents are invited. If you have graduated or are no longer doing track, you can remove yourself from the distribution list by going to the website and logging in. Click on your name at the top of the page, go to “Settings” and then to “Teams”. You can then choose to “Leave the team”. If you are unable to login, you can email us at aztrackboosters@gmail.com and request to be removed.
