Parent Meeting Monday Night
The Corona del Sol Spring Sports meeting will be held tomorrow at 6 p.m. in the auditorium. The track parent meeting will immediately follow Mr. Nenaber’s presentation. All parents are highly encouraged to come join us for information regarding the 2019 season.

Team Merchandise for Sale
The BSN Merchandise store is open from now until February 21st. You can purchase shirts, hoodies and zip pullovers to be delivered to your home. The store flyer is attached to this email and also under “Documents” on the team website. Get your orders in quickly!

Tuesday is Chipotle Night!
Please join us for dinner at the Chandler Mall location for this important fundraiser. Corona Track & Field will receive 33% of our purchases made between 4 and 8pm. This is our biggest restaurant fundraiser of the season, so please try to attend. You don’t need a flyer, but be sure to tell them you are with Corona Track to get credit.

Wednesday is Sole Sports Discount Night!
Head over to Sole Sports after practice on Wednesday and get a 20% discount on shoes and spikes. This is a special event for Corona Track & Field athletes. The store will be open until 8pm.

Parent Shout Outs
You have a few more days to get your Parent Shout Out in for the team program. For $25 you can place a personalized message to your athlete and help support the team. For more information, got to the team website, www.coronatrack.teampages.com and look for “Shout Out” under “Documents”. The deadline is February 16th, so get them in soon!

Team Pictures for Program on Tuesday
At practice on Tuesday, we will be taking pictures of our athletes by event for the team program. Please wear a Corona Track & Field t-shirt if you have one. Otherwise please wear an orange or grey shirt. We will also be taking senior pictures that day so please try to be there if possible. These are not pictures for parents to order; they are only for the team program.

Seniors, if you have not filled out your Senior Questionnaire, please do so before Tuesday. Otherwise we will have you do it at practice. The Questionnaire can be found on the website under “Documents”.

Kendra Scott fundraiser this Saturday!
Reminder…Our Kendra Scott fundraiser is on Saturday from 10am to 1pm at the Chandler Mall (downstairs near Nordstrom). We receive 20% of all sales during that time, including phone sales. There will also be a raffle to enter for a chance to win store merchandise. Stop in and get those last minute Valentine’s gifts!

Corona Track & Field Merchandise
If you would like to buy some Corona Track & Field gear, please visit the BSN Merchandise Store. The online store will be open for 2 weeks, so hurry and get your orders in. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Next Friday, Feb 15th will be Sol Sports Night only for Corona Del Sol track and Field!

Sole Sports, located on Rural and Warner, is offering Corona Del Sol Athletes a 20% discount on all track spikes. The discount will last from 5pm to 8pm. Aztecs are highly encouraged to hit up sol Sports after practice if they need spikes.

Registration
Today was the official start of the Track & Field season. Athletes need to be registered in order to participate at practice. If you have not done so, please go to RegisterMyAthlete.com and complete your athlete’s registration. Practice will start at 2:45pm and should end between 5:15-5:30.

Parent Meeting
The Track & Field Parent Meeting is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 11th, immediately following the Spring Sports Meeting that starts at 6pm in the auditorium. Attendance is highly encouraged as important information about the season will be discussed and handouts given out.

Kendra Scott Fundraiser, February 9th
Please come out to the Kendra Scott store in the Chandler Mall on Saturday, February 9th from 10am to 1pm. Our team receives 20% of all sales during that time, including phone orders. Stop by and check out the great selection of jewelry. Be sure to tell your friends and family about it as well.

Tax Credit Donation
Please consider making a Tax Credit Donation to Corona Track & Field. This money can be used towards coaches’ salaries, equipment and meet fees. There is no out of pocket cost to you – the money comes right back to you as a credit when you file your taxes. Donations can be applied to either your 2018 or 2019 taxes. We need your information for the team program. Please open the attached document “Senior Questionnaire”, complete and return to the listed email address. We need to have this ASAP!

Parent Shout Outs
Parents can help support our team by doing a Parent Shout Out to your athlete in our team program. The cost is $25 for an encouraging message to your athlete. Please see the document, “Shout Out”, on our team webpage under DOCUMENTS.
