All athletes should be at the meet at least 2 hours before their scheduled time. The meet may run early so please plan accordingly.

Athletes not running do not have to attend the meet. Athletes will need to supply their own ride (if an athlete needs assistance let us know). Additionally, athletes need to fill out this form and email it or turn it back in to coaches.

There will be no practice on Monday or Tuesday during spring break. We will practice Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9-11am. Those attending the Arizona Open meet will not attend practice. We will post that schedule on here in the next day.
