The link in the email yesterday didn’t work for the transportation form. The form can be found on the main homepage underneath documents “Transportation_Waiver-Single_Student.pdf”.

All athletes should be at the meet at least 2 hours before their scheduled time. The meet may run early so please plan accordingly.
