Attention Athletes and Parents/Guardians,

There has been some confusion on the RSVP form for the upcoming banquet. Please read the following carefully.

Athletes – please ask your parents/guardians to fill out the RSVP form if they intend to come to the banquet. They will need to make their meal choice and make a payment for all family members intending to eat. DO NOT fill out more than one form for yourself. If you need to make a change email the booster club.

Parents – please fill out the RSVP form if you intend to come to the banquet and enjoy a meal from AZ Sandwich Company. Please ask your student if they have already RSVP’d so we do not have duplicates. A lot of athletes filled out the form for themselves at practice but did not include other family members.

All RSVPs are due before 6pm May 3rd!
